The Terrace Restaurant is only open to the general public at lunch, Monday – Friday. During that time a semi-private area can be set up for your group. The rest of the time, our room can reserved exclusively for your group.

Our room charge for business receptions during the week is $300.00 and up to $600 on weekends.

Two conference rooms can also be reserved by the Terrace on behalf of Market Tower. These rooms are also located on the third floor - one room holds 30 people and the other has a maximum capacity of 80 people. The rate per conference room is $ 150.00.
